First, send us an inquiry! We'd love to get to know you and your business. If we're a wonderful fit for each other, we'll send over a proposal package.
To officially reserve your dates, simply complete your proposal package: accept the proposal, sign your contract, and pay the deposit.

We typically book dates 3-6 months in advance, though sometimes we can fit in a Brand Strategy & Design or Tailored Template™ earlier.
Especially for more popular dates like January and September/October, inquire early; we often reach full booking for the year by August 1.

Payment is divided into either two or four installments. The first installment serves as your booking deposit, and the last installment is due before delivery of the final design.
Payment is processed via Stripe (eCheck, credit card) or PayPal - it works for international payments, too!
