If you've been following along on Instagram, you know that there's a big change in the works for my design company, Serif & Stripes. Branding updates are always refreshing, but this one goes a bit further:
Serif & Stripes is becoming Monica Francis Design.
Over the past few years since Serif & Stripes launched, my business and my work have naturally evolved. I've learned a lot about working for myself and gradually gained clarity about the work I like best, as well as who my ideal clients are.
Earlier this year, I decided I wanted to make a change that would let me bring a bit more of my everyday self to the brand, and to give myself a little room to broaden my work. It's more than just a name change, and I'm excited for the transition - also pretty in love with this brand identity:
Another big change you'll see is a shift in my online presence. A few months ago, I created an Instagram account, and you may have noticed a bit more activity on the Facebook page - I'm planning to continue growing those spaces so I can better engage with all of you. As always, I'm regularly pinning on Pinterest.
And of course there's the blog you're reading right now! The S&S blog was short-lived and I never really found a place for it within the brand. This new blog will keep you updated on my design work and announcements, but you'll also see posts about some of my other projects, travels and discoveries. You can subscribe by email to keep in the loop!
Monica Francis Design will officially launch next week. In the meantime, explore this new site and follow along on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest!
psst... keep an eye out for an Instagram giveaway over the weekend
